How do you repair cracks in the concrete prior to the CTI application? PDF  | Print |  E-mail
The cracks are v-grooved, using a special diamond wheel (crack chaser). They are then cleaned & filled with a two-part rigid urethane weld. This welds the separated pieces of concrete together. We then liked to place a tension relief cut as close as possible to the original crack line. This is done to help relieve any stress that may exist.
